1° First of all, you need to have mode (obvious). http://cs.gamebanana.com/gamefiles/4295

2° zombie_plague_v44.cfg: go to the following directory: /cstrike or czero/addons/amxmodx/configs/ and open the zombie_plague_v44.cfg (Notepad or other text editor). In this file you will see all the existing cvars necessary for the Zombie Plague Mod function normally. Most of these cvars vary between 0 and 1, ie you can only put these numbers. All cvars are with a comment for you to know that each of them does. 0 = disable , 1 = enable.

3° zombie_plague_v44.ini: go to the following directory: /cstrike or czero/addons/amxmodx/configs/ and open the zombie_plague_v44.ini (Notepad or other text editor). In this file you can set the sounds, models and other features that the Zombie Plague Mod has.

Change the sound: to modify simply add the directory where this their sound.

e.g: WIN ZOMBIES = ambience/the_horror1.wav , ambience/the_horror3.wav , ambience/the_horror4.wav

NOTE: to add more than one sound just separated with a comma between the names. Every sound has to be located in the folder: sound.

Change the models: to modify just add the model name (depending on the case).

case one:

NOTE: the folder and the model must have the same name. Every player models has to be located in the folder: models/player.

case two:

In this case you can modify the directory indicating where this your model.

Enable rain, snow and fog: just change the number 0 to 1.

4° zp_zclasses44.sma: go to the following directory: /cstrike or czero/addons/amxmodx/scripting/ and open the zp_zclasses44.sma (Notepad or other text editor). This file will be a small script with 5 classes of different zombies. In the file examples/zp_zombie_classes_example.sma It has a basic example of how to create your zombie class. zp_zombie_classes_v44.ini:
